Overview:
We know that you have many different hosting companies to chose from,
this why we knew we had to offer something to set us apart from everyone
else. While prices often attract customers, they become less important
when the company fails to offer support after the sale. We feel confident
that our support will keep you satisfied as a customer. Our slogan
says it all with, "our prices draw you in, our support keeps
you here".
Documentation:
As as supplement to our normal support, we offer a full set of articles
that allow you to help youself. We know that some of our clients wish
to be as self reliant as possible.
Trouble Ticket:
Our preferred method of support is via a trouble ticket. Each client
is given access to their own client area to manage their account.
Within the client area is a form to submit trouble tickets. These
trouble tickets allows us to track history for patterns and create
FAQ's.
